I'm a definite fan of Drought 3 but I haven't heard this and won't vouch for it. No Ceilings features Wayne rapping over the beat of Dallas's Dorrough Music's "Ice Cream Paint Job"  and a Lady Gaga riff called "Poke Her Face," so this wil probably either be really weird and awesome or completely godawful.
